Ecommerce CRO
The platform-agnostic version of this work, for stores beyond Shopify.

In short
Shopify CRO is the work of getting more of the visitors you already have to buy. I'm Vishal Pothur, a Hyderabad-based Shopify consultant, and I audit your product pages, cart, checkout, trust signals and mobile speed, then ship prioritised fixes and tests so the traffic you already pay for turns into more orders.
Before you spend more to get more visitors, fix the leaks in the store you already have. A 10% lift in conversion is a 10% raise on every rupee you already spend on ads.
I work through the product page, cart and checkout - removing friction, sharpening clarity and adding trust exactly where the buying decision happens.

A Shopify CRO audit walks the real buying path on mobile and desktop, checks the funnel data behind it, and ranks every leak by the revenue it's costing. You get a list of fixes for product pages, cart, checkout and speed, ordered so the biggest losses get fixed first, not the easiest ones.
I start with the numbers, then place real orders on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data, because that's how most Indian shoppers see your store.
Fix what breaks the purchase before what polishes it. Broken tracking, slow mobile load, hidden shipping costs and variant errors come first because they lose buyers who've already decided. Copy, layout and design changes come after, once the data is clean enough to tell you whether they worked.
The expensive mistakes usually come from doing too much at once. A full redesign changes dozens of things together, so you can't tell which change helped and which hurt. Stacking CRO apps is the other trap: popups, countdown timers, upsell widgets and spin wheels each add scripts, and together they can slow the page enough to cancel out whatever they were meant to gain.
I'd rather ship one clear fix a week and watch the step it targets than launch a new theme and hope. Small, measured changes are also easier to roll back if a fix doesn't hold up.
