WhatsApp funnels
High-intent lead generation tuned for Indian buyer behaviour.
A Hyderabad-based Meta Ads specialist building WhatsApp lead funnels and ecommerce sales engines - creative-led, disciplined, and built to scale profitably.
In short
I'm Vishal Pothur, a Hyderabad-based Meta Ads specialist, and with my team at Calyx Core I run Facebook and Instagram campaigns for D2C brands and local service businesses. Clients get WhatsApp lead funnels, structured creative testing, ecommerce prospecting and retargeting, and lead-quality filters, with founder-level attention instead of junior hand-offs.
Plenty of Hyderabad businesses burn budget on boosted posts and call it Meta Ads. I run a structured creative-testing system that actually finds winners and scales them.
From WhatsApp lead funnels for local service brands to full ecommerce sales programs for D2C, I work directly with founders here in Hyderabad and across India - no agency layers, no junior hand-offs.

A click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a chat with your business, usually with a pre-filled message, so the buyer can ask questions straight away. The funnel works when someone answers fast, asks a few qualifying questions and moves serious buyers to a booking, payment link or visit. Slow replies waste most of the leads you paid for.
I set up the ad side and the chat side together: the pre-filled message, an automated first reply, the qualifying questions, and labels so your team can see which ad each conversation came from. That labelling matters. Without it you can't tell which creative brings buyers and which brings people who just ask the price and vanish.
Response time is where most local funnels fall apart. If your team can't reply within minutes during business hours, I'll suggest running ads only when someone is available, or adding an automated flow that collects details and books a callback. Both are better than paying for chats nobody answers.
No. Boosting promotes a single post with limited targeting and objective options, and it's easy to end up paying for likes rather than sales or leads. Ads Manager campaigns let you choose the actual outcome, test several creatives side by side, retarget people who engaged, and read results against real conversions.
Boosts aren't useless. They can give a strong organic post more reach. But for a business that needs enquiries or orders, they're a weak substitute for a proper structure. If you've only boosted posts so far, these are the first changes to make.
