A Paris-based hair and wig brand had a product and an audience - but no online store. I helped take it from zero to a launched, conversion-led ecommerce business on Shopify.
The challenge
The brand was selling offline and through DMs, with no structured way to showcase its range or take orders online. Wigs are a high-consideration, fit-sensitive purchase - the store had to build trust, explain the product clearly, and make a relatively complex decision feel simple.

Zero-to-one is the hardest jump. The win was a store the founder could actually grow on.
